Player-initiated refunds – U13 and Older Competitive Teams

o Once a player has accepted a roster spot by completing registration, and submitting
payment, the registration fee is non-refundable. If the player must cease playing
soccer due to medical reasons, a pro-rated refund may be issued. A doctor’s certicate may be required.
o All medical refunds are subject to an *administration fee (see below for amount).

Player-initiated refunds – U9–U12 Talons Development Teams

o Once a player has accepted a roster spot by completing registration and submitting the first payment, the registration fee is non-refundable. If the player must cease playing soccer due to medical reasons a refund may be issued. A
doctor’s certificate is required.
o Once the second payment is made, the entire fee becomes non-refundable except for medical reasons, as above.
o All medical refund requests are pro-rated and subject to an *administration fee (see below for amount).
