Skills through play (scrimmages) program for WCSC players born 2014 to 2022. $60 per player.
Program starts after Thanksgiving, players will attend for one hour per week for 8 weeks, Huntley Centennial Public School, Carp.
Tentative dates: (Subject to change based on school availability)
Mondays: Oct 19 - Dec 7
Boys and Girls born 2021 & 2022, 6 pm - 7 pm
Girls born 2014, 2015, 2016, 7 pm - 8 pm
Wednesdays: Oct 14 - Dec 2
Boys and Girls born 2019 & 2020, 6 pm - 7 pm
Boys born 2014, 2015, 2016, 7 pm - 8 pm
Thursdays: Oct 15 - Dec 3
Girls born 2017 & 2018, 6 pm - 7 pm
Boys born 2017 & 2018, 7 pm - 8 pm
Equipment: comfortable clothes suitable for playing soccer, shin guards and socks to cover them, running shoes suitable for school gym. Water bottle - no juice or other foods/liquids in the school please. No jewelry please - same rules apply as for the regular summer season. Space will be limited. Rowan's Law As mandated by the province through Rowan's Law, it is a requirement to have parents and team staff confirm every year that they have reviewed Ontario's concussion awareness resources. All players (a parent or guardian for players under 18) must have read the documents and completed the Rowan's Law acknowledgement prior to participating in any game/practice/try-out/assessment.
Review the following documents prior to completing the acknowledgement, which is included in the on-line registration for all programs as of August 28, 2019. On-line registration must be completed prior to participation in any soccer activity.
