West Carleton Soccer Club Member E-Mail List Server
The WCSC operates an e-mail list server for the purpose of communicating to our Members. The list is moderated and only certain members of the WCSC executive are able to send messages to the list. You may also be subscribed to a 'community' e-mail list server for messages relating to community-specific information. (This community e-mail list is moderated by your Community Soccer Representative).
To subscribe, change your e-mail address, or remove yourself from the WCSC list, go to: http://acdfm.com/mailman/listinfo/wcsc-members_acdfm.com
Changes to Your E-Mail Address
The WCSC will bulk update the list from time-to-time based on e-mail addresses received at registration. Please note that there are nearly 1,500 e-mail addresses on the list and it is not possible for single requests to change or delete e-mail addresses to be handled by volunteers. If you require changes to your e-mail address on the list, we kindly ask that you visit the list web site and self-administer the changes.
Spam Filters
Your Internet Service Provider may be operating a spam filter that may filter messages from the WCSC Member list server. To allow the messages through you have to logon to your to your ISP account and allow messages from the domain 'acdfm.com' to be sent to your e-mail inbox.
Your ISP's spam filter may have specific instructions for list servers since your e-mail address will not appear in the "To" or "cc" lists of the messages.
(Sympatico and AOL will most likely block messages from the list)
WCSC E-Mail List Servers FAQ
What does an e-mail list server do?
An e-mail that is sent to the list server e-mail address is automatically forwarded to all the e-mail addresses subscribed to the list. The sender does not have to have a receiver list with all the e-mail addresses in their own address book.

Who can send and e-mail to a list server?
The lists are configured for one-way communications only with a limited number of persons authorized to send to the list. (eg. Community Reps, Club Administrator)
How does my e-mail address first get onto a list?
After registering and/or volunteering, your e-mail address is added by the Club to whichever list(s) apply to you.
How can I change my e-mail address, remove my e-mail address, or add my e-mail address to another list?
SELF Administer: The WCSC servers collectively contain approximately 2,000 e-mail addresses. The Club volunteers who administer these lists have precious little time and are not able to respond to hundreds of requests to “change my address” or “delete my address”. Please self administer your e-mail address. You can do so through the applicable URL below or by using the e-mail based commands described at the bottom (or attached) of every message that comes from the server.

Why don’t I receive e-mails from the list? SPAM Filters:
Your Internet Service Provider likely operates a spam filter that may filter out messages sent through the list server. You must “white list” the e-mail address or the domain of the list(s) you are subscribed to so that list server messages are not filtered out as spam. The list servers “From” e-mail addresses are shown in the following table. To ensure your ISP is not blocking these messages, “white list” the applicable address, or “white list” the domain acdfm.com. If you participate in a number of the soccer activities listed below (for example, as a coach, in house league, as a referee, and so on), then you will need to either white list each individual address show below. You can also try to white list all of the email address using the wild card symbol *@acdfm.com. For more information, contact your ISP for specific instructions on how to white list the list server e-mail addresses.
Who is acdfm.com?
